Directions to the Bettermilks

Drive an incredibly long time from Bend.  It’s going to take about 2.5 hours to drive East out of Bend heading towards Burns.  FYI the only gas station is 100+ miles from Bend and is at the turn for the Bettermilks so fill up before leaving Bend!

Drive Route 20 across the Badlands and continue past Brothers, OR.  When you get to the gas station before Burns, make a left on Shields Lane just before Burns.  Its actually in the Hamlet of Riley where you turn.  Continue back for Sawmill Creek Road.
